Use this separately from track submissions for wrong artist/title attribution, an incorrect or dead canonical URL, an eligibility concern, a possible chart-data/calculation error, or another factual issue.
Correction principle: SHHC preserves the original evidence, investigates material factual or data-processing errors, and records corrections transparently. Later access to better hidden precision does not silently rewrite historical charts.
